“The Splendid Source” is the nineteenth episode of the eighth season of the animated comedy series Family Guy. It originally aired on Fox in the United States on May 16, 2010. The episode features Peter, Joe, Cleveland and Quagmire as they set out on a journey to find the ultimate source of all the world’s dirty jokes. The group soon discover that it is much more difficult than they thought, however, as they are unexpectedly kidnapped and taken to a remote island, before discovering a secret society of the world’s greatest geniuses at the center of the world’s jokes.

The episode features Quagmire after his father, Dan Quagmire, returns to Quahog and states he is “a woman trapped in a man’s body”. Dan has decided to have sex reassignment surgery to become a woman, and Quagmire must adjust to his father’s decision. Meanwhile, Brian travels to a seminar and, on his return trip, unknowingly has sex with Quagmire’s father.

“Brian & Stewie” is the seventeenth episode of the eighth season of the animated comedy series Family Guy. It aired on Fox in the United States on May 2, 2010. The episode features Brian and Stewie Griffin after they are accidentally trapped inside of a bank vault, and are ultimately forced to reveal their true feelings about each other. The two go on to question their own existence and purpose in life, as they become even closer to each other as time goes on. The show was celebrated as the 150th episode of the series.

“April in Quahog” is the sixteenth episode of the eighth season of the animated comedy series Family Guy. It originally aired on Fox in the United States on April 11, 2010. The episode features the Griffin family as they attempt to live out their last day on Earth, after hearing an announcement on the local news about a black hole that is sucking in the entire solar system. As the countdown approaches zero, Peter suddenly reveals his secret dislike of being in his children’s presence, seconds before the world is expected to end. Then it is revealed that it is all an April Fools’ joke, and Peter is left to attempt to win back his children’s respect.

“Brian Griffin’s House of Payne” is the fifteenth episode of the eighth season of the animated comedy series Family Guy. It originally aired on Fox in the United States on March 28, 2010. The episode features Brian after he discovers an old script he had written and successfully pitches the show to television executives. The show is quickly and dramatically altered by James Woods, much to Brian’s frustration. Meanwhile, Chris and Meg attempt to hide the fact that Stewie is unconscious, after they accidentally knock him down a flight of stairs.

“Go Stewie Go” is the thirteenth episode of the eighth season of the animated comedy series Family Guy. It originally aired on Fox in the United States on March 14, 2010. The episode features Stewie after he auditions, cross-dressed under the pseudonym Karina, for a female role in the American version of Jolly Farm Revue, and eventually ends up falling in love with a female co-star on the show. “Extra Large Medium” is the twelfth episode of season eight of the Fox animated comedy Family Guy, and aired on February 14, 2010 on Fox. The episode follows Peter as he discovers his supposed newly developed “psychic abilities,” after his sons Chris and Stewie go missing during a family hike in the woods. Soon after being rescued, Chris decides to ask out a fellow classmate at his school who has Down syndrome, and takes her on a romantic date, which he goes on to regret.

“Dial Meg for Murder” is the eleventh episode of season eight of the Fox animated comedy Family Guy, and aired on January 31, 2010 on Fox. This episode aired exactly Ten Years after the very first episode aired. The episode follows Meg as she dates and falls in love with an inmate at the local prison, eventually ending up hiding him in the Griffin family home, and being sent to jail, returning a hardened criminal.

“Big Man on Hippocampus” is the tenth episode of the eighth season of the Fox animated comedy Family Guy. It first aired on January 3, 2010 on Fox. In the episode, Peter is discovered to be suffering from amnesia, and can no longer remember anything about his life, including his own family and friends, leaving his wife, Lois, to reintroduce him to his surroundings. Peter soon discovers partying and other women are much more entertaining.
